3 ou 4 grosses pommes de terre (selon votre appétit !)

300 à 350ml de lait
牛乳　300～350ml
50 à 60 grammes de fromage râpé
細切り（おろした）チーズ　50～60g

1 pincée d'ail en poudre
ガーリックパウダー　1つまみ
1 pincée de noix de muscade
ナツメパウダー　1つまみ

Commencer à préparer le gratin dauphinois

ドフィネ風グラタンを作り始める

Éplucher les pommes de terre et les couper en fines lamelles.
ジャガイモの皮をむき、薄切りにする。
Mettre les pommes de terre dans une casserole, ajouter le lait jusque'à ce qu'll recouvre presque les pommes de terre et porter à ébullition.
鍋にジャガイモを入れ、ヒタヒタの牛乳を加えて沸騰させる。
Couvrir avec un couvercle et faire cuire à feu moyen, environ 10 à 15 minutes, jusqu'à ce que les pommes de terre ramollissent.
ふたをして(覆って)、中火で10～15分ほど、ジャガイモが柔らかくなるまで煮る。
Remuer de temps en temps pour éviter que la préparation n'attache.
焦げ付かないよう、時々かき混ぜる。
Quand les pommes de terre sont bien molles et avant d'éteindre le feu, saler, poivrer, ajouter l'ail et la muscade, et mélanger.
ジャガイモが柔らかくなったら、火を止める前に、塩、こしょうをふり、ガーリックとナツメグを加えて混ぜる。
Mettre dans un plat à gratin, parsemer de fromage râpé et de petits morceaux de beurre. Mettre au four à 210 degrés pendant 20～25 minutes.
グラタン皿に入れ、細切りチーズと細かく切ったバターを散らす。210℃のオーブンで20～25分焼く。

グラタンのできあがり。
